They do have a Dolphin Days parody but only on days that show runs (currently Thurs-Sat). I was confused about the schedule so I was not able to get Dolphin Days or a Dolphin Days Sea Lions Tonite on video, sorry! Duke, Kiawe?, and ? Shouka, Orkid, Ulises, Keet, and Ikaika were placed in show pool and the back pool with the false bottom for the afternoon and the trainers left the slideover open for them. Nakai had a birthday celebration during One Ocean as he soloed Side by Side and was presented with ice and jello treats afterwards, which he also shared with Shouka, Ikaika, Corky, and Keet! Since I've already filmed a full Sea Lions Tonite with Blue Horizons from this year, I just wanted to make sure I filmed how it looks with Dolphin Days. You can skip to 1:25 to see the bottle feeding and listen closely! Tyonek is a rescued beluga from the endangered Cook Inlet population and was deemed non-releasable due to his young age and lack of survival skills. NOAA chose SeaWorld since they had so many mother and calves but the trainers are primarily the ones feeding him. It looks like Amaya, six months old in this video, already starting to show interest in toys! This is a small blue spool that she seems to enjoy pushing around and mouthing. Kalia was the one who got the toy off the slideout for her (Amaya is just learning how to do that so it's unlikely she could've done it herself) and she also sometimes plays with it herself, which is really cute! You tend to see that less in more experienced moms like Kasatka. Amaya, Kalia, and Shouka (Killer Whales) at SeaWorld San Diego on 6/14/15. Do not use without permission.

NOTE: It has come to my attention that users on Instagram have expressed concern over Makani chasing Amaya away from the water spray. However, this behavior cannot be considered bullying. The two orcas in this video are both young and it is characteristic of young animals to play nice, rough, and sometimes not share a toy. Makani is not raking Amaya in this video as he is chasing her away with his mouth closed. He is simply not good about sharing here and he would never do this if Amaya's mom, Kalia, is nearby (she is in this pool but this corner is somewhat out of view). If Amaya ever let out a distress vocal from Makani's interactions at any time , Kalia will absolutely intervene. Also a firm reminder that I do take action against people who have reposted my photos and footage without permission. There's a cool Environmental Enrichment Device in place at Shamu CloseUp that Makani and Amaya really enjoy! It's a motion sensor water spray that turns on for two minutes if the orcas are active at the surface in a specific spot in the pool. The beginning of the video shows Makani breaching in order to turn it on, then he and Amaya immediately swim over and interact with the water spray. So Bullet was working on jumping with her back to the audience when coming from stage right for the side breach. I was lucky enough to see Makani do a lot of behaviors on his own during an afternoon training session! All five whales were gated into this back pool and given ice treats and a big red buoy. Ikaika and Kasatka weren't as interested but the way Shouka, Orkid, and Nakai played with it was incredible! I thought this was a great example of secondary reinforcement: for gating into the back pool, the whales were rewarded with ice and a toy, which are things they don't need to survive but still find rewarding. EDIT: If anyone wants to know what happened after the videos cuts (I stopped filming to take pics), they kept playing with it until Shouka knocked it out of the pool twice. I recommend muting this video's audio due to excessive background conversations which stood out more since there were only a few people in the stadium. These training sessions were able to be seen because Shamu Stadium remained all day since there were many back-to-back on this date. Trua works with his trainer on the audience's side of the pool, doing behaviors such as sliding out (0:08), alien (1:32), splashing at 2:08 (he's getting further up with these!), and lobtailing (2:45). He was gated out with a slideover but I wanted photos so I cut the video. Enjoy! Trua (Killer Whale) at SeaWorld Orlando on 5/21/17. Do not use without permission.

Trua, Malia, and Nalani do an alien together in front of slideout while Katina and Kayla do back breaches on both sides of the pool, with target poles helping them with where to go. I'm back with new videos at last! Amaya was just learning how to slideout at this time and of course Makani wants a part of that! She approaches the ledge a lot in the first half of the video and you see her slideout more and towards the later half of the video. When Makani was learning to slideout, he also started out with the lower ledges in this pool before learning to use higher slideout areas such as in the show pool. It's joyful to see two young killer whales interact and play with each other! This was early in the morning prior to a Breakfast With Shamu.
