This Basic standing Mobility Yoga warm up will get your blood flowing no matter how advanced of an athlete, yogi you might be. The most important function of warming up is the stimulation of the circulation of blood throughout the body. With the start of muscular movement and breath, the heart rate rises, so increasing circulation. Warm Up Stretches bring oxygen and other fuels to the muscle cells, which enables the cells to continue to work better. As the fuels are “burned” in the cells, about 25% of the energy released is used for muscle contraction; the other 75% of the energy is released as heat. Warming up also gives the blood vessels in the muscles time to dilate and so increases the blood flow, making a greater supply of oxygen available to the muscles for more demanding exercises. Minimizing or preventing soreness to the muscles. Adequate warm up stretches also stimulate the synovial fluid in the joints, like hips and shoulders. QUICK FAT BURNING CARDIO - loose belly fat, get a strong and lean body In this video, Ursula Yoga and FITNESS will show you one of her own workout routines. Start with 1 round and work your way up to 5 rounds. Approximately 20-30 minutes total. Take a 30 second to 60 second break between rounds. Work through the circuit quickly, transition fast from exercise to exercise. Instead of a kettle-bell, use a dumb-bell, if you don't have one. Make it light as first! Please, evaluate your current fitness level and take any health concerns you have into consideration. Get permission from your doctor or healthcare provider. Even if you can only exercise for 5 minutes at a time initially, you can build your endurance and improve your fitness one workout at a time. Regular aerobic exercise protects your health, helps manage current health conditions, contributes to weight loss and boosts your physical stamina and appearance fast. Long cardio sessions over 40 Minutes are a waste of time and often contribute to higher cortisol and adds fat in the belly region. The body recognizes this as stress, like in a fright and flight situation. Therefore quick bursts of cardio with little rest, couple rounds is the answer.

Speed up your lymphatic system by being upside down. It's also good for your facial skin, hair and rejuvenates the whole body. Start slow and build it up.
