Wir starten mit einer kurzen Aufwärmsequenz. Im Anschluss nehmen wir uns Zeit, für die richtige Atemtechnik: nach oben in den Brustkorb einatmen, mit jedem Ausatmen Bauchnabel nach innen ziehen, Beckenbodenmuskulatur unterstützend mitnehmen. Stell Dir gerne bildlich einen Gürtel oder ein Korsett vor,welches Du eng um deine Taille schnürst, sodass Du ein Gefühl von einer schmalen Taille bekommst. Idealerweise bist Du mit regelmäßigem Training irgendwann soweit, das Du die Kraft in der Körpermitte halten kannst. Ansonsten immer schön beim Ausatmen anspannen. Weiter geht es mit Standing Pilates: Übungen im Einbeinstand, Kraft und Balance. Auf der Matte trainieren wir mit dem Becken auf dem Ball. Dein Ziel: Stabilität mit dem Becken auf dem Ball. Dazu nutze die Kraft aus der Mitte. Denke daran, das es auf Qualität deiner Bewegung ankommt,niemals auf die Schnelligkeit oder Bewegungsgröße. Du kannst das Bein mit geflextem Fuss nach unten ziehen, wie auf der rechten Seite, genauso auch mit gestrecktem Fuss arbeiten ;)).
