Rutina de pilates para hacer en casa, impartida por un fisioterapeuta, ejercicios con pelota pequeña para prevenir los dolores de espalda, lumbar, dorsal y cervical. El método Pilates, o simplemente Pilates, es un sistema de entrenamiento físico y mental creado a principios del siglo XX por Joseph Hubertus Pilates, quien lo ideó basándose en su conocimiento de distintas especialidades como gimnasia, traumatología y yoga, uniendo el dinamismo y la fuerza muscular con el control mental, la respiración y la relajación. El método se centra en el desarrollo de los músculos internos para mantener el equilibrio corporal y dar estabilidad y firmeza a la columna vertebral, por lo que es muy usado como terapia en rehabilitación​ y para, por ejemplo, prevenir y curar el dolor de espalda. Aunque el método Pilates se ha desarrollado y ha dado lugar a una gran cantidad de estilos y aplicaciones distintas, existen unos principios fundamentales​ que deben estar siempre presentes: CONCENTRACIÓN Pilates demanda una concentración intensa. Usted debe concentrarse constantemente en lo que está haciendo. Los ejercicios están fundamentalmente compuestos por movimientos controlados, muy conscientes, y coordinados con la respiración, con el fin de crear un cuerpo armonioso, coordinado, musculado y flexible. Es una actividad física muy técnica, donde la correcta ejecución de los distintos elementos que componen cada ejercicio es más importante que el número de repeticiones o series. RESPIRACIÓN La respiración cumple un papel primordial en el método. Los resultados de la buena práctica son muy significativos: mayor capacidad pulmonar y mejor circulación sanguínea son los primeros fines perseguidos, para traducirlos en fuerza, flexibilidad, coordinación mental y buena postura. Se practica una respiración intercostal. Al inhalar se debe notar como las costillas se separan. En la exhalación, que suele coincidir con la mayor intensidad del ejercicio, se contrae primero el suelo pélvico, tirando de él hacia el ombligo, se prosigue hundiendo el ombligo, lo que hace que active el transverso del abdomen y finalmente se cierran suavemente las costillas. Hacerlo en la secuencia inversa incrementa la presión sobre el suelo pélvico. En la respiración de Pilates se inhala por la nariz con la boca cerrada y se exhala por la boca entreabierta lentamente y con presión con el sonido "SSS". Al inhalar es muy importante no relajar los músculos abdominales para así evitar perder la alineación postural y utilizar los músculos no adecuados durante la ejecución de los ejercicios. La exhalación, por su parte, facilita la contracción de los músculos abdominales, ya que, anatómicamente durante ella se produce un encogimiento a nivel de la caja torácica «hacia dentro y hacia abajo»: los músculos abdominales son exhaladores La respiración debe ser en todo momento lenta, continua y, durante ella, debe procurarse realizar inhalaciones y exhalaciones de la misma duración para así permitir un óptimo intercambio gaseoso oxígeno-dióxido de carbono en el cuerpo. CORE El centro de control, o core, situado por Pilates en la parte inferior del tronco, como una faja que rodea toda la zona lumbar y abdominal. Este centro es activado al ahuecar el músculo transverso del abdomen, siendo su fortalecimiento precisamente la clave de todo el método, lo que habilita al cuerpo a moverse libre y equilibradamente, evitando movimientos y compensaciones perjudiciales. Todos los movimientos se inician y se sostienen desde esta zona, cuya utilización debe estar siempre presente durante la práctica de los ejercicios. Al estar sentados, el centro de control eleva el torso situando el centro de gravedad en su posición más alta y eficiente; en la posición boca abajo, extiende el cuerpo en ambas direcciones para reducir el peso de la parte superior; en la posición supina también estrecha el cuerpo en ambas direcciones colocando el centro de gravedad en su posición más alta y eficiente. In diesem Infovideo geht es um das Pilatestraining und warum dieses sich vom klassischen Kraft und Fitnesstraining unterscheidet. Die wichtigsten Unterschiede liegen in der Muskelbeanspruchung, in Pilates wird vordergründig die Tiefenmuskulatur trainiert, im klasssischen Krafttraining, eher die oberflächlich liegenden Muskelschichten. Die kleinen, tiefsitzenden Muskeln werden durch die Pilatesübungen besonders beansprucht und im ganzen Körper gekräftigt. Als Zweites werden im Pilates Mattentraining, welches immer ein Ganzkörpertraining ist, die Muskeln bei jeder Übung im Wechsel in Anspannung und dann in die Dehnung gebracht, sodass Kräftigung und Dehnung in einem Bewegungsablauf miteinander verbunden werden und somit die Muskulatur immer ausgleichend und harmonisch beansprucht wird. Il suo inventore si è ispirato ad antichissime tecniche provenienti dal lontano oriente come Yoga e Do-in, rispettivamente dall'India e dal Giappone. John Pilates ha firmato due manuali di suo pugno. John Pilates ha chiamato il metodo che potrete vedere in questi video esercizi Contrology. Il nome evocativo fa riferimento all'incoraggiamento di questo metodo sul controllo dei muscoli per mezzo della mente. Gli esercizi di Pilates si concentrano sullo sviluppo e sulla tonificazione di tutti i muscoli posturali. Vengono definiti con questo termine tutti quesi muscoli che hanno il compito di tenere il corpo umano ben bilanciato. Sono inoltre di fondamentale importanza per far sì che il corpo resti ben bilanciato. Questi muscoli sono fondamentali per fare anche in modo che resti ben dritta la colonna vertebrale. Il metodo pilates che vediamo in questi video esercizi è perfetto anche nel settore della rieducazione posturale. Grazie al pilates è possibile essere sempre più consapevoli del proprio respiro e della posizione della colonna vertebrale. Il pilates rinforza e tonifica tutte le fascie muscolari che si trovano nella parte bassa del tronco. Questi esercizi sono fondamentali quindi per rendere più sopportabile e prevenire il mal di schiena. Con il pilates anche gli addominali diventeranno più forti e tonici. E con loro anche i muscoli della zona pelvica. Il pilates si basa sul rinforzare la cosidetta Power House. E' un'area formata da tutti i muscoli collegati al tronco: la zona lombare, gli addutori, i glutei e chiaramente l'addome. Molti degli esercizi del Pilates Mat Work, ovvero quelli eseguiti sul tappetino, devono essere svolti con fluidità e devono essere eseguiti alla perfezione, senza dimenticare di respirare sempre correttamente. Il metodo Pilates non è un marchio registrato, per questo motivo tutti gli insegnanti possono modificare il metodo a loro piacimento ed adattarlo alle loro attitudini. Gli unici requisiti sono che il metodo si rifaccia a questi principi base. 1) Innanzitutto, la respirazione. Deve essere sempre tenuta sotto controllo ed è l'insegnante come nello yoga che deve guidarla. Nel Pilates, a differenza di quello che accade nello Yoga, si immette aria con il naso ma la si espelle sia con il naso che con la bocca. Ogni esercizio di Pilates possiede un suo proprio ritmo di respirazione. Nel pilates, si inspira quando si comincia l'esercizio e nel momento di maggiore sforzo si espira. Guardando i nostri video esercizi imparerete semplicemente a respirare nel modo corretto. 2) E' molto importante il baricentro, che è poi la Power House. Secondo il Pilates è lì che c'è il centro di controllo e di forza di tutto il nostro organismo. 3) Fondamentale è la precisione: tutti i movimenti devono essere quanto più possibile vicini alla perfezione, in un continuo scambio di feedback tra allievo e insegnante. 4) Ci vuole il più alto grado di attenzione e concentrazione in ogni esercizio. 5) Ogni parte del corpo deve essere controllata.
