The beauty is that you can focus on different muscles by applying pressure outwards/pulling on the ring, or inwards by pushing the ring. Ciao! Sono Katia Vaccari e in questo video voglio farti vedere come puoi allenare adduttori e addominali a casa, utilizzando un attrezzo fenomenale: il RING. Il ring permette di allenare praticamente tutto il corpo, in particolare modo gli adduttori, cioè il tuo interno coscia. Mettilo appena sopra le ginocchia, all'interno delle cosce, e schiaccialo per sentir subito lavorare gli adduttori. Il ring è utilizzato molto nel Pilates , ma io lo uso anche tantissimo quando seguo i miei Personal Trainer in Studio. Permette di tonificare senza ingrossare e questo è sempre molto apprezzato dalle donne, a differenza delle macchine che si trovano in palestra come la Adductor machine. In questa sequenza lo utilizzo per adduttori e glutei (con l' esercizio del ponte), per addominali e di nuovo per adduttori e cosce con le spinte in alto delle gambe. Esegui la sequenza e ripetila 3/4 volte. Puoi abbinare questa sequenza ad altri esercizi che trovi su questo canale.
