Lying on your back, place the leather loops/or short straps on your feet. There should only be 2 heavy springs on the reformer before the straps go on. HEADREST DOWN! Press your legs up to the high diagonal with the circle between your ankles. Lift your hips up and overhead as the carriage closes. Your hips should be directly over your shoulders. Bend your knees into your shoulder blocks. Leave your feet over your face as you roll down. then bring your heels to your seat and repeat.
