Great ab workout with the Pilates Ring. I just found out about the Pilates Ring 30 minutes ago from a friend. And I went directly to amazon to check the price on the Ring, and went to You Tube to watch some healthy angels--Gina and Kim and others work with the Ring. I am very impressed with this brilliant device and exercises. I have never seen these movements done with a Ring like this. I will add this to my routine daily. I do Yoga and Chi Kung Meridian Circulation Exercises from Ilchi Lee--from You Tube and his Meridian Exercise Book. Thank you so much, Gina for your wonderful Ab instruction video. great form but you can do almost all of those without the ring. would like to see more exercises that you actually n eed the ring for
