I didn’t have a ring, but I used a ball instead. It was as useful. Great workout!

Awesomeness! I really like this one. As a Flight Attendant being on my feet most days and away from gravity tends to really wreak havoc on my back. Definitely the less is more approach!!! LOVE IT other teachers could really learn a lot from you for the sake of injury prevention!!
Thank you! I'm all for a good challenge, but I tend to share more re injury prevention/stability, because we need it and we (or at least I lol) have a history of skipping it ;)

I really like the idea of using the ring behind the head. I'd never tried that before and it's really a break on my neck! LIKE!!
