The Pilates Ring / Magic Circle is a wonderful piece of equipment. It can add so much to your pilates mat workout. By squeezing the ring between the knees this helps deepen the abdominal connection helping to layer up the muscles which support the spine. It also helps strengthen the adductors / inner thigh. If working well in synergy with other muscles including the glutes and abdominals they are very useful stabilisers. This video mainly concentrates on the adductors. I think it’s because of the recording via a solo microphone. The music comes out if one earphone and the voice out of the other. Try without earphones or with both in ... it might help. I try to split the sound now or use other recording devices. Hope this helps x

Brilliant way to exercise the inner subtle muscles. I friend just told me about this device, and I'll get one on amazon asap. This looks like a wonderful workout. I do yoga, chi kung, and perform the exercises of Ilchi Lee on youtube or his new book Meridian Exercises. This Pilates Ring will be my new device to reach a whole new set of inner facia, tendons and muscle fibers. There are really some creative smart people on this flat earth, to invent something like this Ring. I'll be using it everyday. Thank you so much Kim, for your great instructions on the Pilates ring.
