Why do you inhale on twist and exhale in center? That seems backwards. I'd like to understand. thanks.

Thank you so much for this video! I am currently in PT for chronic spasms in my levator scapulae due to weak mid-trapezius muscles and poor posture. I am finding your videos to be an excellent addition to my PT exercises.

Thank you for the videos you share! Your sequences and comments are very helpful. I've always wanted to do pilates, but I wanted to it the right way. I like that you explain variations for different conditions that we have. I'm still at the very beginner sequence that you share (just want to make sure I got the idea of how I'm supposed to move in pilates). However, my posture is very poor so I would like to include posture (and hip flexors) exercises into my pilates routine. What is the best way to do it?

Do you mean one day I do the beginner routine, the other one - either posture or hip flexors?
You can do the workouts every other day :)
