I love your video. I want to buy a pilates ring and ball. I am a beginner, am only 5 feet tall and I am 63 years old and I want to buy a ring but am not sure whether to buy a 13, 14 or 15 inch ring. I researched it but am still confused. I want some resistance but not too much since I am not in the best of physical shape. What size is your ring and do you recommend a specific company? I wanted to buy coquet joli pro ring but their ring size is not listed. Then I saw HomeFit essential is a 13 inch ring and mini ball. Not sure if that might be too much resistance. What do you recommend? Thank you in advance for your help. :-)

WOW-talk about short and intense! I was doing all right until the wall came into the picture and the abs with the circle were more intense than I thought. An excellent work out and just what I needed for those short-on-time moments!

Love the workout, thanks so much! I'd love to see more arm workouts, with lighter weights/lots of reps, or something new & interesting even without weights (barre or ballet inspired maybe?) Maybe some new standing total body as well with the ring or tension bands.  Thanks again!
