Halloween HiiT - with 5k tub of Haribo!

I Love Halloween! So I have filmed a quick HiiT workout to burn off all that Candy! It's low impact but hard work none the less! The workout includes, squats, abs and lunges all whole body and using the 5k tub. You could use a med ball or dumbbell instead of course. There are also pilates exercises thrown in too to encourage your core and focus your exercises.
