You know I had MS since 2005. I could still walk but I bang into everything. This release of the foam roller for me still feel awesome...I tried different videos, but your put the icing one the cake. Thanks again Anita:)

Anita...like this routine, just wondering is there a particular reason why you didn't foam roll your hamstrings? I have also read not to foam roll IT band....just wondering your thoughts. Thanks 😊

Great question, Laura and thanks for keeping me honest :-) I never feel the roller doing anything to my hamstrings probably because they don’t feel tight but this is no reason why I shouldn’t incorporate the hamstrings! So will do in new videos. As for IT band. I have heard that too and personally I find rolling the muscles around it helps keep my IT band the healthiest but I know many who feel rolling the IT band helps them a lot. It’s different schools of thought. See what works and feels best on your body over time. I hope this helps and answers your questions 🙏💕

LOVED this routine. What do I do if my foam roller isn't quite long enough to go from head to butt? Mine is just touching my head and feels a little uncomfortable on my lower back (since it is not long enough to go to my upper bum)? Can I use a block somewhere? Hope my wisdom makes sense. Makes total sense. For the active test position I would put the block under the head so you get the spinal/back release. See - together we make it happen. I hope this works out for you. I’d love to know 👍🙏💕

Thank you Anita! I was holding a lot of stress between my shoulder blades especially my right side 😩 This foam roller routine really help me. My hips are always tight 😕. And YEESSSSS I was screaming and cursing you😅 However, sometimes I'M not sure if I need Yoga or the foam roller to relieve me, but with your help I am learning.😘💁🏽‍♀️

Hi Anita, if I only have 10 minutes which of these exercises would you recommend focusing on to get similar results? This feels so great for my body, especially on my post acl surgery knee. +Mandie Swiss Wonderful to hear! I would say a great routine would be start off with active rest on the roller for a minute then roll up down spine 5x or so and the do the legs (glutes, quads, inner thighs, calves). and you are good to go. Let me know how it goes 🙏💕

Well, it's sort of our MELT for Yoga program and thanks for using the www.MELTmethod.com old roller... we have a new roller now that is smaller in circumference. You might want to check that out Anita. Whitney Chapman does a weekly MELT for Yoga class here in NYC.

NICCCEEEEE!!!! I suffer from fibromyalgia, and boy did this help!!!!!! I noticed my shoulders/middle/lower back were not close to the floor at all in the beginning, and at the end, TOTALLY FLAT!!!! Hey thank you so much - just did it. Loved it a lot. I feel softer, and just an overall easy. It actually felt easier to lie down in savasana! ;) I would love to make this a daily routine, I felt I could easily do this for twenty more Minutes ! Great length though, just enough to see and feel a very nice transition.

Caliber this full body stretch. I only have a short roller 18". It does not support head and lower back at same time should I skip the spine roll?

+Janice Ruiz Yes. That's probably what you have to do as the 18" is not long enough. Do an extra up and down the spine or other area that needs extra TLC :-)

Can you also do this if you haven't worked out. I only do basic jumping on the spot and stretching exercises, so on the days that I don't want to exercise, could I use the foam roller. Thanks for this great video.
