Very helpful video which has given clear instructions on when to inhale and when to exhale which most of the people tend to do wrong. I found a lot of similarity with few yoga asanas. How different is Pilate's from yoga??
Stylecraze Fitness (2 years ago)
Yoga is focused on your mind and also gives you strength and flexibility. Pilates tones your body and improves your posture and movement.

Hi, Its quite a nice video, very simple to follow as a beginner. I have one question. I read in the comments that, pilates and yoga are quite different and have completely different purposes. I recently started practicing yoga, and is this something I can do together with yoga? or does it counteract each other? Thanks
Stylecraze Fitness (2 years ago)
Hi Anush,You can do Pilates workout along with yoga, although there are differences between yoga and Pilates, there are similarities as well. The principle of Pilates include flow, breath, concentration, centering, precision and control which are similar to many forms of yoga. So, with these similarities you can do a combination of yoga and Pilates workout.
