half way through and all we've done is sit ups in different versions. that's not the only way to improve core strength. in pilates you have to use all movements of the spine. I'm switching to a different video.

This is the best online 1/2 hr core workout I have found yet!  It is fast, fun and effective...This instructor is easy to follow and she doesn't waste the advanced, pilate viewers time by correcting students, laboriously demonstrating movements nor flowing at a slow pace. Not a moment of this 1/2 hr is wasted time! I will look for even more workouts by Andrea Davila; a true professional! I LOVED this video!

Is this routine safe to do every day ?  If not, how many days do you recommend?  thanks

+Jacki Yes it is indeed safe to do this workout and any other Pilates workout everyday. Listen to your body though... if you feel stiff, tight, too sore then it indicates your body needs a recovery day or two. Pilates is very safe for the body as it works beautifully to get the spine and core working together for the ultimate in safe strength training. Good luck and thanks for tuning in!
